The Mentoring program essentially focuses on helping the leader (the mentee) to develop and increase awareness and knowledge, achieving higher performance through a combination of advice, facilitation, networking and coaching from a trusted advisor ( the mentor).

This program is different from training, teaching and goes beyond Coaching. Well, in Coaching you learn with the Coach, and in Mentoring you learn with and from the assigned Mentor.

The power of Mentoring lies in the ability to get feedback from a trusted and experienced advisor, who will broaden the landscape in which the mentee thinks and acts.
