Training emerging leaders has become a priority for many organizations in Peru. That is why it will be necessary to implement new techniques to train leaders who will guide a company toward success.
According to the company’s study, it was found that nearly 10% of respondents changed jobs due to their immediate supervisor’s leadership style. To address these issues and motivate staff, the following recommendations are made:
Personalized guidance: Through personalized guidance, such as coaching or mentoring programs, young professionals can receive direct and strategic guidance to help them tackle specific challenges and develop leadership skills. “Four out of ten professionals on the rise lack clear goals within the organization, but they know they want to grow within it,” notes Larrabure.
Specialized training: These programs strengthen key skills such as decision-making, effective communication, and team management. “Specialized training is essential for equipping employees with the tools and methods needed to lead with confidence and effectiveness in a changing environment,” states Larrabure.
Multidisciplinary group dynamics: implementing activities with employees from different areas fosters collaboration, critical thinking, and team problem-solving, allowing participants to experience leadership roles and receive constructive feedback.
It is worth noting that leadership training for companies is an essential process that seeks to develop skills and competencies in individuals so they can effectively guide and manage teams.
